Port Angeles student Taylor Bloomfield has received a four-year scholarship to Stanford University.
PORT ANGELES — Port Angeles High School student Taylor Bloomfield has received a 2019 QuestBridge National College Match four-year college scholarship.
The senior has been accepted at Stanford University in Stanford, Calif.
The QuestBridge scholarships cover tuition, room and board, books and supplies, and travel expenses for high-achieving, low-income high school seniors at top-level colleges.
Bloomfield plans to study physics when she starts at Stanford.
