EVERETT — Deliveries of the Peninsula Daily News, Sequim Gazette and Forks Forum may be delayed today due to an overnight transportation issue.
Delivery personnel are working to get newspapers to subscribers but they might not finish until late this morning.
Officials at the papers’ parent company, Sound Publishing, said that delivery trucks were delayed due to an overnight fire on the Hood Canal Bridge.
The papers are printed in Everett and are trucked to the Olympic Peninsula for delivery to homes and newsstands.
