BRINNON — Facing the possibility that trees in 80 acres of Boy Scouts forest near their homes will be felled, Pulali Point residents are mounting more opposition.
They already have protested the proposed logging to county and regional agencies, and now they’re staging an event June 7 to raise dollars and public support to save the “pristine historic wilderness.”
Pulali Landowners Association members will put on a “Pulali Jamboree” from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Camp Parsons, according to a statement released Sunday from Vivian Lutter, association member.
