BUSINESS BRIEF: Sequim bistro recognized in pair of publications

SEQUIM — Alder Wood Bistro, 139 W. Alder St., was recently featured in Sunset magazine’s (March 2015) “A Road Trip for Food Lovers,” as well as Sunset’s Eating Up the West Coast cookbook.

Included recipes are owner Chef Gabriel Schuenemann’s pickled beet salad, roasted veggie pizza and smoked salmon pasta carbonara.
