PORT ANGELES — Clallam-Jefferson County Pro Bono Lawyers will present the second Law at The Landing at The Landing mall, 115 E.
Railroad Ave., from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday.
Law at The Landing is a free drop-in legal advice clinic.
It allows members of the public to address legal issues in one-on-one consultations with volunteer lawyers.
Law at The Landing is geared for those financially unable to consult an attorney, but it is open to all to answer legal questions, direct people to local services that might be able to assist them and explain the legal processes.

Lavender fest help
SEQUIM — The Sequim Lavender Growers Association is offering “Lavender ambassador” opportunities to those interested in welcoming visitors to the 18th Sequim Lavender Festival.
The Lavender Festival, created and produced by the growers association, is slated for July 18-20.
Volunteer ambassadors will work at the festival’s street fair near downtown Sequim and at the member farms in the surrounding Dungeness Valley.
Ambassadors will receive information about the farms, cultivating and using lavender, and the importance of lavender to the local economy in order to educate and guide visitors at the festival’s free family-friendly event.
Each ambassador will receive a 2014 official T-shirt.
Various street fair and farm venue assignments and flexible hours are available with no money transactions required.

Kayak, SUP rentals
PORT ANGELES — Adventures Through Kayaking now has kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and related equipment including wetsuits available for rent at the water’s edge on Crescent Beach, located on Crescent Beach Road off Highway 112.
The stand-up paddleboard and kayak rental facility will be open on weekends from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. through June 29.
Beginning July 4, the facility will offer rentals daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
