CAPE GEORGE — A Swanson Avenue tenant was taken to Jefferson General Hospital in Port Townsend on Tuesday for treatment of smoke inhalation following a fire in his home.
Hospital officials were unable to comment on the condition of David Anderson, 37, of 124 Swanson Ave., late last night.
Anderson was home asleep when the blaze broke out about noon, setting off smoke detectors and waking him up.
“I was disorientated,” he said after the fire before being transported to the hospital.
