SEQUIM — Frank Needham, city capital projects manager for more than five years, has been laid off in a restructuring move, Planning Director Dennis Lefevre told city officials today.
“Restructuring of the Planning and Public Works departments, difficult financial times and shift in project prioritization all contributed to this action,” Lefevre said in an e-mail to “city team members” that was obtained by the Peninsula Daily News.
