PORT TOWNSEND — Chef Arran Stark will present a healthy cooking demonstration at 4 p.m. Thursday.
Stark will speak at Peninsula College’s Studium Generale East at the college’s Port Townsend Campus, 202 Eisenhower Ave.
Stark, the executive chef at Jefferson Healthcare, will discuss the importance of using local, organic ingredients during his demonstration.
