Clallam County sheriff’s detectives are awaiting toxicology reports in the deaths of an elderly couple found in their home Dec. 6, Undersheriff Fred DeFrang said.
Sheriff’s officials have said there’s no evidence or reason to believe someone outside the home caused the deaths.
The bodies of Myron James Wetter, 85, and Marian Lucile Wetter, 84, were found in their home in the Parkwood Manufactured Housing Community, 261520 U.S. Highway 101.
The deaths are being investigated as a double suicide or possible homicide-suicide. Investigators said they hope the toxicology reports will give clues to the cause of the deaths.
