PORT ANGELES — A proposal to elect Clallam County commissioners from each of three districts drew concerns Thursday night that it may further separate the West End from the rest of the county.
“We need to pull together, not isolate more,” Sequim resident Marilyn Pollock told county charter review commissioners in a public hearing at the Clallam County Courthouse.
The forum is the second of three hearings on proposed changes to the document that defines how county government operates.
The final session will be at 6:30 p.m. June 27 at Forks City Hall.
