A search is under way to find a successor to Dr. Lynne Saddler, Clallam County director of health and human services.
“I’m leaving to pursue other interests and pay attention to some personal priorities,” said Saddler, confirming that she has resigned and will leave the position at the end of July.
“I gave notice in the middle of June,” she said. “This was a difficult decision. I put a lot of thought into do I want to stay or do I want to go.”
The wife of Jefferson County Administrator Charles Saddler, she was hired last June at an annual salary of $70,215 to succeed Claudia Davis.
