PORT ANGELES — The 39-year-old Forks man accused of killing his wife in a crash pleaded innocent Friday to vehicular homicide.
Clallam County Superior Court Judge George L. Wood reduced Franklin Jay Bolduc’s bail to $50,000, bondable, during the arraignment.
Wood scheduled Bolduc’s next court appearance for April 30, with a four-day trial May 20.
Should Bolduc post bail, Wood ordered he not be allowed to drive.
Bolduc allegedly caused the death of his wife, Nellie Bolduc, 60, when his truck went off of Sitkum-Sol Duc Road and struck a stump and a tree March 29.
