Clallam County elections officials will count 2,206 more ballots at 9 a.m. Friday for two-year maintenance and operations levy elections in three school districts.
As of Wednesday, officials had 1,862 ballots to count in Port Angeles’ two-year replacement levy election, 178 in Crescent’s election and 166 in Quillayute Valley’s election.
At the end of counting Tuesday, the Forks measure was passing 920 votes to 377 and Port Angeles was passing 4,434 votes to 2,489.
Crescent was below the 60 percent threshold required for passage with 367 “yes” votes and 256 “no” votes.
District officials there remain optimistic the outcome with change.
