PORT ANGELES — Deborah Kelly, Clallam County’s prosecuting attorney, will seek a third four-year term this fall.
She announced her intention to seek re-election in a brief appearance at the Clallam County Republican Party’s Lincoln Day fundraising dinner on Friday.
