PORT ANGELES — Clallam Transit System’s general manager voiced concerns Monday about the city parking advisory committee’s proposed solutions to downtown parking lost to the International Gateway Transportation Center.
“Depending on what’s being proposed could delay this project and increase significantly the design costs,” Dan Di Guilio told the Clallam Transit board during a meeting in Port Angeles.
“Up until Friday, I was ready to say that we were really moving along with this project.”
The parking committee of ferry officials, downtown business leaders and city representatives will meet again at 3 p.m. Thursday in City Hall, 321 E. Fifth St.
