PORT ANGELES — Clallam Transit will offer a two-day bus pass to fixed-route passengers who pay for a single ride fare Friday, General Manager Kevin Gallacci announced.
The pass will be valid Friday and Saturday on fixed routes 10 through 52. It will not be valid on No. 123 Strait Shot or Clallam Connect service.
The promotion was announced as part of Transit’s 37-year service anniversary.
Clallam Transit began fixed route service in Clallam County on Oct. 13, 1980, offering trips between Port Angeles and Sequim.
Port Angeles routes were added months later.
Paratransit operations began in 1981 and West End service was added in 1984, Clallam Transit officials said in a news release.
