PORT ANGELES — Assured Hospice will host a community remembrance gathering at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The free, non-denominational gathering is at the Port Angeles Senior and Community Center, 328 E. Seventh St.
The ceremony will include the reading of names of deceased loved ones accompanied by ringing a remembrance bell in their honor.
The ritual can help transform heartache and shift one’s focus from grief to gratitude.
