SEQUIM — The 11th annual Lavender Holiday Bazaar is set for next weekend, Friday, Nov. 29 and Saturday, Nov. 30.
An item on Page B2 in the print edition published today (Friday) erroneously said that the bazaar is today and Saturday.
The bazaar will be from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 29 and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30 at the SunLand ballroom at 109 Hilltop Drive.
This year it will be in a new location, organizers emphasize.
The bazaar is hosted by the nonprofit Sequim Lavender Growers Association, one of two lavender groups in Sequim.
Members of the association will sell gift items.
Along with gift items involving lavender, there will be raffles for baskets and a quilt made by the Sequim Sunbonnet Sue organization.
The baskets raffle proceeds will go to Toys for Tots, and the quilt raffle revenue will go to Sequim High School scholarships.
Photos with Santa also will be offered.
Homemade soups and sandwiches will be available Saturday.
