OLYMPIA — David Dicks is leaving his job as head of the Puget Sound Partnership, an agency charged with cleaning up Puget Sound.
Gov. Chris Gregoire announced Wednesday that Dicks will take a position next month with the University of Washington’s College of the Environment as director of strategic partnerships and civic engagement.
