BRINNON — Pay what you want within reason at a donation-only yard sale benefiting the Brinnon Food Bank this weekend.
The yard sale, overseen by Brinnon Food Bank volunteer Kate Sullivan, begins today and continues through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 30 Bayview Ave. in Olympic Canal Tracts in Brinnon.
The tables are distanced and mask wearing is required, Sullivan said.
All items were donated by community members to be sold to benefit the Brinnon Food Bank, and there will be tools, fishing poles and gear, furniture, clothes and household items for sale, Sullivan said.
There are “no prices, just pay what you feel it’s worth to you,” said Sullivan in a Facebook post. “All reasonable offers [are] accepted and 100 percent of sales go to the Brinnon Food Bank.”
So far this year, Sullivan has raised more than $3,000 for the food bank through these sales, she said.
