In the photo at left, children scramble through an egg-filled field at the 36th annual KONP Easter egg hunt Saturday at The Pumpkin Patch west of Sequim.
Hundreds of children hunted for nearly 4,000 plastic eggs.
While most North Olympic Peninsula Easter egg hunts were on Saturday, the oldest continuous egg hunt in Clallam and Jefferson counties is at 8 a.m. Easter Sunday in Port Townsend. The Elks Lodge’s 84th annual hunt will be at Chetzemoka Park.
