SEQUIM — Electrical power was fully restored to about 3,200 electrical customers in Sequim after an outage of about 3 ½ hours.
A failed relay switch at a substation was replaced after power was lost in parts of west and south Sequim at about 8:50 a.m., said Jeff Beaman, Clallam County Public Utility District spokesman.
“Essentially we lost four feeders out of that substation,” Beaman said.
Electricity to the first “feeder” line was restored at 11 a.m.
Power was restored by 12:20 p.m.
