Elevate PA 2026 seeks input on draft plan

Presentation set for Saturday

PORT ANGELES — The Elevate PA 2026 project will host an online presentation about the developing five-year Strategic Action Plan for the future of downtown Port Angeles on Saturday.

The presentation will be from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89322809720.

It is the second of two efforts this week to seek input on the strategic action plan. Hosts are seeking feedback, ideas, and suggestions, and will answer questions from the public and community members.

The plan has four goals: Authentic promotion, welcoming design, economic vitality and a sustainable model.

The plan can be reviewed at

https://chambermaster.blob.core.windows.net/userfiles/UserFiles/chambers/886/CMS/Strategic-Plan-Outline-DRAFT-8.pdf

The Elevate PA 2026 team encourages as many reviews and inputs from local community stakeholders as possible, and all are invited.

The project goal is to complete the action plan to a final version by the end of October, with implementation of the plan to begin immediately upon acceptance and approval by the City of Port Angeles

Questions can be addressed to the Port Angeles Chamber of Commerce at director@portangeles.org, or by calling 360-452-2364.
