OLYMPIC NATIONAL PARK — After a night of rain, the Olympic Hot Springs Road is closed at the park boundary because of water across the road at Elwha Campground, a park spokeswoman said.
A 400-foot section of road is flooded by one to two feet of water that has spilled over the banks of the Elwha River, Barb Maynes said.
The road will remain closed today and conditions will be assessed on Sunday, she said.
