End of Mayan calendar is Friday. What do you think will happen?

WE’RE ONLY DAYS away from Friday, Dec. 21, the day the Mayan calendar screeches to an abrupt stop.

People the world over have varying concerns about this day, one being that Earth and all humankind will be destroyed.

Others, of course, believe nothing will happen.

Still others think it may usher in a new age of enlightenment among the human race.

NASA is so confident the world isn’t ending it released a video explaining its reasoning 10 days ahead of schedule.

The video, meant to be released on Dec. 22, explains why the world wasn’t destroyed the day before. We’ve posted the video below.

What are your thoughts as we approach this day?

Will it be a good day or bad for the human race, or will it pass without a whimper?

Let us know in the comments section, below the NASA video (scroll down):
