PORT TOWNSEND — The ethics board reviewing a complaint against City Councilwoman Freida Fenn will face Fenn on Monday.
The board will speak directly with Fenn about the complaint — and a head nod she said she made during a January City Council meeting — during an 8:30 a.m. session Monday in the council chambers of City Hall, 540 Water St.
City Clerk Pam Kolacy will be asked about means of disclosing potential relationships to city business.
Correspondence from Municipal Research and Services Center attorney Pam James, who talked to Fenn about the complaint, will also be reviewed.
A period for public comment on the ethics complaint will be allowed at the end of the meeting.
