EYE ON BUSINESS: This week’s meetings

Port Angeles Regional Chamber of Commerce — Monthly “Business Nugget” morning meetings are held on the last Wednesday of the month at 7:30 a.m. in the dining room of the Port Angeles Senior and Community Center, 328 E. Seventh St.

This Wednesday’s guest speaker will be Andy Callis, president of Callis & Associates Inc., on how the Affordable Care Act has affected individuals and small businesses on the Olympic Peninsula and the Pacific Northwest.

Free continental breakfast will be provided.

Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce— Weekly ­luncheon meetings are held Mondays at noon at the Port Townsend Elks Lodge, 555 Otto St.

Monday’s guest speaker will be Kevin Decker, outreach specialist for Washington Sea Grant, on marine spatial planning, an integrated approach for coordinating decisions between ocean and coastal users.

Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce — Twice-monthly luncheon meetings are held at 11:45 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at noon at SunLand Golf & Country Club, 109 Hilltop Drive, Sequim.

Tuesday’s program will be the naming of the Sequim Citizen of the Year for 2014, emceed by Gary Smith, the honoree for 2013.

Forks Chamber of Commerce — ­Luncheon meetings normally are held Wednesdays at noon at JT’s Sweet Stuffs, 80 N. Forks Ave.

However, this Wednesday’s meeting will be hosted by the Quileute tribe at the Roundhouse, 110 LaPush Road, Forks.

Lunch and the program will be provided by the Quileute tribe.

Port Angeles Business Association — Breakfast meetings are Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m. at Joshua’s Restaurant, 113 ­DelGuzzi Drive, Port Angeles.

Tuesday’s program will feature local festival promoter Scott Nagel and real estate broker Dan Gase on the possible Lincoln Theater renovation.

There is a $3 minimum charge by Joshua’s for those who do not order breakfast.
