EYE ON BUSINESS: This week’s meetings

■ Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce — Weekly ­luncheon meetings are held Mondays at noon at the Port Townsend Elks Lodge, 555 Otto St.

Today’s speaker will be professional blogger and sales expert Mary Clare Hunt with tips on how to manage a LinkedIn profile over decades of career changes and technological updates.

■ Forks Chamber of Commerce — Luncheon meetings are Wednesdays at noon at Blakeslee’s Bar & Grill, 1222 S. Forks Ave.

This Wednesday’s gathering will feature George Erb, journalist and educator, who will discuss the Olympic Peninsula’s economy over the past 25 years since the listing and protection of the spotted owl.

Lunch costs $9.75 and will include an entree and sides. The soup of the day will be clam chowder.

■ Port Angeles Business Association — Breakfast meetings are Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m. at Joshua’s Restaurant, 113 ­DelGuzzi Drive, Port Angeles.

This Tuesday’s meeting will be an hourlong debate forum for the candidates for Clallam County commissioner, Position 1: Mark Ozias, Democrat, and incumbent Jim McEntire, Republican.

There is a $3 minimum charge by Joshua’s for those who do not order breakfast.
