The three Clallam County commissioners will hear a briefing on a pre-design study of the U.S. Highway 101 corridor between Simdars and Palo Alto roads in their weekly work session at 9 a.m. Monday.

• Agreements totalling $1,475,500 of American Rescue Plan Act grant funding for the Port Angeles Food Bank, the Sequim Open Aire Market, the Forks Community Food Bank and the West Olympic Betterment Association.

• An agreement with Salish Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization for $74,839 to provide outpatient substance abuse disorder services from Oct. 1, 2021, through March 21, 2023.

• An agreement with CivicPlus for $68,945 to redesign the county’s website.

• An agreement to accept two Emergency Management Performance grants totalling $56,017 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

• A personal services agreement with the Clallam County Economic Development Council for $120,000.

• An agreement with Brite Computers for $54,995.68 to purchase 10 GETACs with vehicle docks and service agreements for the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office.

• Several resolutions appointing citizens to various boards and committees.

Assoc. of counties

The Washington State Association of Counties will hear a weekly update on COVID-19 when it meets at noon Monday.

Both Clallam and Jefferson counties will participate.

Planning commission

The Clallam County Planning Commission will continue its discussion on the proposed forestry ordinance, using the Pierce County ordinance as an example, at 6 p.m. Wednesday.

Fire District 3

Clallam County Fire District 3 commissioners will discuss a grievance from a firefighter when they meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Station 34, 323 N. Fifth Ave. in Sequim.
