The three Clallam County commissioners will discuss a proposed $100,000 agreement with the state Department of Commerce to conduct an assessment of the needs of the county’s homeless population at 9 a.m. Monday.

Other scheduled discussion items include:
• A contract amendment with the state Department of Social and Health Services for programs for persons with developmental disabilities.
• An agreement with Kitsap Public Health District for the provision for a youth marijuana prevention and education program.
• An agreement with the state Administrative Office of the Courts for the support of the CASA/Volunteer Guardian Ad Litem program.
• An agreement with the state Administrative Office of the Courts for the BECCA program.
• A land purchase agreement for the Towne Road dike relocation project.
• Notice of a Sept. 29 hearing for a proposed code amendment for mineral resources.
• A monthly budget performance review.
Commissioners will conduct their weekly business meeting at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Action items include:
• A letter of support to Clallam Public Utility District regarding a broadband infrastructure grant.
• A letter of support for Jefferson County Public Works for the Olympic Discovery Trail.
• An agreement with the state Department of Transportation for funding the Clallam Slough bridge replacement.
• A land purchase agreement for the Towne Road dike relocation project.
• A purchase order agreement with Artic Wolf for critical systems that need to be updated or replaced.
• A call for bids for a single station shower/restroom combination trailer.
• A request for proposals to provide behavioral health services in 2021.
• Notice that the preliminary 2021 Clallam County budget will be available Sept. 8.
Joint county/port
Clallam County and Port of Port Angeles commissioners will discuss the 1010 building in a joint work session at 11 a.m. Monday.

Clallam County is leasing the port-owned 1010 building in west Port Angeles for a COVID-19 Social Distancing Center.
Other agenda items for the joint meeting include updates from the state Department of Natural Resources and American Forest Resource Council, the Small Businesses Development Center, the North Olympic Development Council and from the Center for Inclusive Entrepreneurship.
Port Angeles city
The Port Angeles City Council will meet with consultants for a municipal code update at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

Olympic Medical Center
Olympic Medical Center commissioners will discuss a downtown health clinic transaction when they meet at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Fire District 3
