The Port of Port Angeles commissioners will consider adopting the 2019 budget when they meet at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
The special meeting will be at the port administrative building at 338 W. First St.
Commissioners also will consider new signage for the Industrial Business Park near the Fairchild International Airport.
They will consider an amendment to the agreement with Reid Middleton, Inc., for design of the wash-down facility.
Sequim city
The Sequim City Council will consider approving the 2019 budget, rates and fee changes for next year, and a 1 percent tax levy increase when it meets at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
The council will meet in the Sequim Civic Center, 152 W. Cedar St.
The council also will consider a a proclamation honoring Eloise Kailin as she approaches her 100th birthday.
Kailin “has rendered service to this community which deserves special recognition,” the proposed proclamation says.
The council will consider adopting the city’s 2019 legislative agenda and construction easements for the West Fir Street Rehabilitation Project and hear about a solar grant opportunity.
The council will consider adopting interim controls relating to zoning regulations in the two Economic Opportunity Areas and the HTLI zoning district as an emergency measure.
Forks city
The Forks City Council will hold a public hearing on the 2019 budget Tuesday.
The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Forks City Hall, 500 E. Division St.
Other agenda items include
• A public hearing on revenue sources and the 2019 property tax levy.
• A hearing date for a county-wide planning policy.
• The issuance of limited tax general obligation bonds.
• A request from Bicycle Rides Northwest to use Tillicum Park.
The council will hold a workshop on the 2019 budget in a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Peninsula College
Peninsula College trustees will meet at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
They will meet in the Cornaby Center on the Peninsula College Port Angeles campus at 1502 E. Lauridsen Blvd.
On the agenda are standing reports from the Associated Student Council, the Senate, the Peninsula College Faculty Association, classified staff, college president and board.

Conservation District
The Clallam Conservation District board will hear a update on Golden Sands and Dungeness on-site septic repairs Tuesday.
The meeting will begin at 3 p.m. in Suite H at Armory Square, 228 W. First St., Port Angeles.
Other agenda items include cooperator and cost-share agreements.
Clallam County
The Clallam County commissioners’ work session for Monday is canceled for observance of Veterans Day.
There will be no county business meeting Tuesday because the commissioners will be attending a Washington State Association of Counties leaders conference in Tacoma.
There will be no transaction of county business at the conference, according to a public notice.
Clallam PUD
There will be no meeting of the Clallam County Public Utility District commissioners Monday for observance of Veterans Day.
Port Angeles city
No meeting is scheduled this week of the Port Angeles City Council.
