The three Jefferson County commissioners will discuss adjusting the salary for future county commissioners at a meeting Monday.
The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. in commissioners’ chambers at the Jefferson County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson St., Port Townsend.
Commissioners originally considered March 10 the raises that would go into effect after the next elections. They postponed action to this week, instructing staff to research alternatives.
That report is expected to be presented at the meeting.
The measure would raise the annual salaries for their positions from $63,926 to $74,459.
Items on the consent agenda include consideration of:
■  Approval of a land-use license for a culvert replacement project on Upper Hoh Road.
■  Delegation of funds for the Center Road overlay project in the amount of $85,500.
■  An agreement to fund the first phase of the Rick Tollefson Trail in the amount of $46,100.
■  An agreement to allocate $16,160 to the North Pacific Coast cleanup.
During the county administrator briefing at 1:30 p.m., commissioners will be presented with an update on the approval process for the second phase of the Pleasant Harbor Master Planned Resort.
Port Townsend city
The Port Townsend City Council will hear an update on a grant award that will build a collaborative library collection between the city and the schools at a meeting Monday.
The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers at historic City Hall, 540 Water St.
The council also will discuss extending a moratorium on marijuana production facilities within the city limit.
It will consider a resolution updating Public Works Department and Development Services Department land development fees.
The city manager will update the council on an action plan for Mountain View Commons.
Council office hours, during which members of the public can discuss any topic with a member of the City Council, take place from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday in the mayor’s office at historic City Hall, 540 Water St.
Other city meetings, held in conference rooms in City Hall, 250 Madison St., are:
■  Arts Commission Subcommittee Artist Selection Panel — 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, third-floor conference room.

Jefferson PUD
Jefferson County Public Utility District commissioners will discuss the selection of a rate consultant when they meet Tuesday.
The meeting will begin at 5 p.m. at 250 Chimacum Road, Port Hadlock.
Commissioners also will consider a three-year extension of a union contract.
Jefferson Healthcare
The Jefferson Healthcare hospital board will hear an accreditation update at a meeting Wednesday.
The meeting begins at 3:30 p.m. in the hospital auditorium, 832 Sheridan St.
Jefferson Transit
The Jefferson Transit board will consider authorizing the manager to pursue a construction loan when they meet Tuesday.
The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. at the Port Townsend Fire Station, 701 Harrison St.
The board also will consider the authority of the manager to sign an interlocal agreement with the city of Port Townsend.
Public development authority
The Fort Worden Lifelong Learning Center Public Development Authority will discuss and review its employee selection hiring process when it meets Wednesday.
The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. at Fort Worden Commons.
