Jefferson County commissioners are expected to create a county project to resurface and restore Center Road in Quilcene when they meet at 9 a.m. Monday.
The meeting will be in commissioners’ chambers at the Jefferson County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson St., Port Townsend.
Commissioners also plan two executive sessions from 11 a.m. to noon to discuss actual and potential litigation.
Other items on the consent agenda include:
• A resolution to vacate a portion of Gustavsen Road in Quilcene.
• An agreement for local solid waste financial assistance worth $45,496 between Jefferson County Public Works and the state Department of Ecology.
• A $103,958 agreement with the state Department of Commerce for a 2018-19 Community Development Block Grant.
• An agreement for an additional $326,571 with the Developmental Disabilities Administration and state Department of Social & Health Services for provision and coordination of local program services to persons with developmental disabilities for a total of $623,843.
• An agreement for exchange of immunization data with the state Department of Health.
• An agreement for an additional $2,499.46 for interagency accessible community development projects with the state Employment Security Department, for a total of $48,290.47.
• A $7,500 agreement for a Group Health Foundation grant to support the Community Health Implementation Plan for Jefferson County Public Health.
Port Townsend City Council
The Port Townsend City Council will not meet this week.
The council’s next workshop meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Monday, July 9.
The workshop meeting will be in council chambers at historic City Hall, 540 Water St.
On the agenda for the July 9 meeting are:
• An advisory board discussion.
• A discussion of a draft subarea plan and regional economic diversification summits.
• A capital projects update.

Port of Port Townsend
Port of Port Townsend commissioners will hear an EDC/Team Jefferson update when they meet Wednesday.
The regular session will begin at 5:30 p.m. in chambers, 333 Benedict St.
Also on the agenda is consideration of a 2018 capital budget amendment and a Northwest School of Wooden Boat Building grant.
The regular meeting will be preceded by a 3 p.m. public workshop on the port’s leading policy.
Chimacum School Board
The Chimacum School Board will hear updates on enrollment and the 2018-19 budget when it meets at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
The meeting will be at Chimacum High School library, 91 West Valley Road.
Jefferson Healthcare
Jefferson Healthcare and Olympic Medical Center commissioners will hear an Olympic Community Health update by OMC CEO Eric Lewis and Jefferson Healthcare CEO Mike Glenn when they convene for a joint meeting in Chelan at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
The boards will meet in the Campbell’s Resort second-floor conference room of 104 W. Woodin Ave., Chelan.
An advocacy discussion between the two boards will then follow.
East Jefferson Fire-Rescue
Jefferson County Fire Protection District No. 1 Board of Fire Commissioners will meet at 5 p.m. Monday. The agenda includes consideration of an interlocal agreement with the city of Port Townsend and a pre-annexation agreement revision.
The Board of Fire Commissioners and Oversight Board will meet at 3 p.m. Wednesday. Agenda items include consideration of a pre-annexation agreement and city tax phasing agreement.
The Board of Fire Commissioners and Joint Oversight Board (City Council appointees) will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday to hear an annexation update and staff reports.

Development authority board
The Fort Worden Public Development Authority board will meet from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Wednesday.
The meeting will start at Commons B at Fort Worden, 200 Battery Way in Port Townsend.
The board will hear a Fortopia Program update and consider a motion to authorize the Executive director to sign lease amendments to include Makers Square buildings 308 and 324.
