PORT TOWNSEND — One of “officer” Bob Wire’s creators said she’s ready to stage a comeback for the faux policeman.
But Jean Marzan said it’ll likely require community support to get Bob back on the road.
The police cruiser Bob used to remind residents to obey area speed limits was destroyed Monday night in a suspected arson.
Though made of chicken wire and papier mache, Bob survived the fire that destroyed the car.
But Bob’s going to come back in some form or another, Chief Kristen Anderson-Post said Thursday.
The tentative sequel title:
Bob’s back and he’s been burned, Marzan joked Thursday.
