First Port Townsend Film Festival clue released

The first clue in the Port Townsend Film Festival’s annual “Guess the Guest” contest has been revealed as the countdown begins to the sixth annual event to be held Sept. 23-25.

Hidden within the four clues is the identity of the festival’s featured guest. The first clue is, “Roles include a superhero sibling and a veteran Army man.”

Three more clues will be released on Wednesdays through July 27. The guest’s identity will be revealed Aug. 3.

The winning contestant will be selected at random from among those who correctly identified the guest by Aug. 1. The winner will be introduced and have his or her photo taken with the guest during a festival reception.

Entries can be sent to the Port Townsend Film Festival, P.O. Box 594, Port Townsend, WA. 98368; e-mailed to contest@ptfilmfest.com with “guest” in the subject line; or delivered to the festival office at Mount Baker Block, 211 Taylor St., Suite 16, second floor, at the corner of Water and Taylor streets.

Entrants should include their mailing address, e-mail address (if they have one) and daytime phone number.
