FORKS — Work crews will begin another fish passage improvement project on U.S. Highway 101 west of Lake Crescent today.
The project is located between mileposts 208 and 210, near Wisen Creek Road.
Drivers can expect around-the-clock alternating single-lane traffic controlled by temporary traffic signals and a reduced speed limit of 25 mph through September.
The project is one of six locations along Highway 101 west of Olympic National Park where crews are removing barriers to fish passage this summer.
