Forever Twilight this weekend in Forks

FORKS — Forever Twilight participants began taking over Forks on Thursday for the annual festival, which is scheduled through Sunday.

This year’s festival is Forks to Volterra: Twilight Saga Cities and will feature Twilight Saga actors as special guests. They are Christopher Heyerdahl, who plays Marcus; Alex Meraz, who plays Paul; and Erik Odom, who portrays Peter.

A birthday party for Bella Swan, a character who stars in the Twilight Saga, is set for 8 tonight at the Rainforest Arts Center, 35 N. Forks Ave., where many activities are set.

Other sites include Forks High School, Forks Community Hospital and many venues downtown.

Forever Twilight in Forks is organized by the Forks Chamber of Commerce as well as a group of volunteer planners based in Forks, all over the United States and internationally.

For more information, and a schedule, see the Forks Chamber of Commerce website at forkswa.com.
