FORKS — The City Council has announced that a majority of its members may be in attendance at the town hall meeting on the prevention of underage drinking at 5 p.m. Thursday at the Forks Elks Lodge, 941 Merchants Road.
The public forum would in that case constitute a special meeting of the council.
No action will be taken at the forum, and the agenda will be set by the facilitator.
