PORT ANGELES — A Forks man was jailed over the weekend after a rollover wreck in Port Angeles.
Tyler Logan Penn, 23, was booked into the Clallam County jail for investigation of driving under the influence after running a red light and hitting another vehicle Saturday night, said Cpl. Clay Rife of the Port Angeles Police Department.
The wreck was reported at 10:05 p.m. at First and Race streets. Penn was driving eastbound on First Street when he ran the light, Rife said.
Penn was transported to Olympic Medical Center with “superficial injuries” before being taken to jail, Rife said.
There were no other injuries reported, and the road was clear by 11:30 p.m.
