Copies of the Coast Guard’s environmental assessment on closing the Quillayute River Station are available at the public libraries in Forks, Port Angeles, Port Townsend and Neah Bay, plus the Makah Tribal Office at Neah Bay and the Quileute Tribal Office at LaPush.
