LAPUSH — Four Eastern Washington men are missing after their capsized boat was discovered Thursday morning off Little James Island.
Coast Guard officials believe the boat’s owner, 67-year-old Tom Starr of Spokane, was fishing with three grandsons — James Starr, 20, of Spokane; and Ryan Floch, 21, and Andrew Floch, 20, both of Odessa — when their vessel capsized.
A search for the missing men was halted at about 7 p.m. Thursday due to fog. Coast Guard officials said the search will resume today (Friday) at first light.
