SEQUIM — Everyone with an appetite for art and classical music is invited to the Sequim Arts Christmas-time program and potluck at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church parish hall, 525 N. Fifth Ave., today (Thursday).

At the free gathering, the Olympic Early Music Ensemble will offer Christmas music from the Renaissance and Baroque eras, including “Puer Natus in Bethlehem” (“A Child is Born in Bethlehem”) from Bach, William Byrd’s “Fantazia” and the traditional carol “In Dulci Jubilo” (“In Sweet Rejoicing”).

The get-together will open at 9:30 a.m. today. A short business meeting starts at 10 a.m., followed by the potluck lunch and the performance by the Olympic Early Ensemble.

The group includes recorder players Grace Yelland, Carol Honore, Walter Vaux, Judy Farnsworth, Bea Dobyns and Kirsten Ruhl; guitarist Ray Braun; viola de gamba player Diane Vaux; and co-directors Carolyn Braun and Dennis Crabb.
