Graduation in Port Angeles today of first Bridge Project class

The public is invited to graduation ceremonies for The Bridge Project’s first retail-customer service custom job skills training class today.

The Bridge Project, which trains entry-level workers in basic skills for several professions, is a joint program of the Clallam County Economic Development Council, Peninsula College and the state WorkFirst welfare-to-jobs program.

Today’s graduation will be at the Landings Restaurant & Dockside Lounge in The Landing mall, 115 E. Railroad Ave., from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.
