PORT TOWNSEND — Port Townsend-based youth services organization OWL360 is hosting a grand opening for a new charity coffee house, the Nest.
The grand opening is from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. today at the Nest at 1119 Lawrence St. in Port Townsend. It will kick off the opening of the Nest, which will have hours from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Fridays and from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturdays.
OWL360 provides an array of services to youth and young adults, including the Pfeiffer House, and 100 percent of the proceeds generated at the Nest will go toward programs for those groups.
The Nest will serve coffee but also employs outreach advocates available for young people to explore opportunities.
