Laurette and Jerry Gilbert of Port Townsend also were among the sign-waving, horn-honking, bell-ringing procession past Jefferson Healthcare hospital on Thursday. The noontime parade, an expression of thanks to the hospital’s staff, continued for about 10 minutes.
