PORT ANGELES — The jazzy folk-rock sounds of Locust Street Taxi will enliven City Pier tonight for this week’s installment of the Concert on the Pier summer series.
The five-member group — which also performs at Port Townsend’s Concert on the Dock on Thursday night — has been together since 2001, performing its combination of unrestrained horn-playing, zealous vocals and non-pretentious sense of humor at several venues across the North Olympic Peninsula and Pacific Northwest.
Bring your dancing shoes — or a lawn chair to sit on if you want to just tap your toes.
Locust Street Taxi will perform tonight from 6 to 8 o’clock.
Admission is free. All ages are welcome.
