PORT LUDLOW — The intersection at state Highway 104 and Paradise Bay Road has reopened to traffic.
All turn restrictions onto Paradise Bay Road and Shine Road have ended, according to a press release from the state Department of Transportation.
Work on the new two-lane metered roundabout is ongoing.
