Home burns west of Port Angeles

PORT ANGELES — No one was hurt during a fire in a home west of Port Angeles on Friday afternoon.

Firefighters extinguished the fire in a two-story house with oxygen tanks on the first floor.

Residents evacuated the home is at 121 N’Sklallam Drive.

Emergency responders from the Lower Elwha Klallam tribe and Clallam County Fire District No. 2 fought the fire.
