Jefferson: Port Townsend sending letter on Glen Cove to county

PORT TOWNSEND — The City Council will send a letter to Jefferson County offering suggestions on the future development of Glen Cove.

But the letter will not include questions about the legality of county plans for the business park just outside city limits.

Council members decided Monday to temper the letter — first discussed July 1 — to the Jefferson County Planning Commission on county plans to add 49 acres of light-industrial land to Glen Cove.
