Jefferson: Two-day hearing set for Port Ludlow resort’s plan revision

PORT TOWNSEND — Two days of public hearings are scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday during which Jefferson County Hearing Examiner Irv Berteig will listen to public comments concerning Port Ludlow Associates’ major resort plan revision.

In November, Port Ludlow Associates announced a $30 million expansion the Port Ludlow Marina that would add 62 two-story townhomes and 100 boat slips at the existing 300-slip marina.

The two-day hearing will be held at Joseph F. Wheeler Theater at Fort Worden State Park, 200 Battery Way, Port Townsend, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.

Since 1994, Port Ludlow Associates, the entity that owns The Resort at Port Ludlow and related properties, has fine-tuned the Port Ludlow Marina Expansion Project.
